The Sentinel Firm, APC is a plaintiff's law firm based in Los Angeles, specializing in employment law and personal injury law. Founded by a very well respected and award-winning attorney with over 17 years of experience in representing victims in the workplace and accident victims, our firm is committed to fighting for justice and advocating for the rights of the little guy.

Our firm is growing very rapidly, and the right candidate will have unique advancement opportunities within the firm. In short, if you end up being a star, you will advance quickly, and your long-term prospects will be tremendous. Our firm has multiple departments. Although this position is primarily for a FEHA associate to work in the single plaintiff wrongful termination department, the firm also has separate departments for wage and hour class action and catastrophic personal injury. Should the associate wish to gain exposure in either of those areas of law they will be given those opportunities (but it is not required).

We place a huge emphasis on attorney growth and happiness. No one in our office will be barking orders at you, and everyone has a pretty awesome personality.
