Nupur Apte is a litigation associate at the Sentinel Firm where she advocates for the rights of individuals in California who have experienced discrimination, harassment and retaliation at the hands of their employers.
Ms. Apte has consistently demonstrated her passion for advocacy throughout her professional career. She was the women's officer at the Australian National University where she fought to uphold the rights of survivors of sexual assault and harassment on campus. She is also experienced in upholding and fighting for the rights of crime victims through her work at both Los Angeles County and Riverside County's District Attorney's offices.
Ms. Apte received her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School's SCALE Accelerated Two-Year Program. There, Ms. Apte was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program and a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program Board of Governors as the Alumni Relations Chair. During her time in the program, she was deemed a Top 16 Advocate in Southwestern Law School's Trial Advocacy Intramural Competition. She also won the JEBS Trial Advocacy Competition and won the accolade of National Champion in the All Star National Challenge Mock Trial Competition.
Ms. Apte is admitted to practice law in the State of California, as well as the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, and Northern Districts of California.
