Justine Kim is a Post-Bar Law Clerk at The Sentinel Firm, where she assists attorneys in the firm's Class Action department. Her pursuit of plaintiff-side employment litigation is fueled by her passion for fighting on behalf of people who have been wronged.
Ms. Kim is a first-generation law school graduate and a native of Southern California. Throughout her academic and legal career, she has demonstrated a strong desire to help others obtain justice and give back to the community that she calls home. Ms. Kim previously interned at a plaintiff-side law firm dedicated to representing survivors of sexual assault against intimidating organizations. During that time, she gained litigation experience and developed important advocacy skills that she intends to use when helping clients.
Ms. Kim earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law. During law school, she served as the Chief Managing Editor of the UCLA Law Asian Pacific American Law Journal, as well as Co-Chair of the Food Law Society. She has also done extensive policy research in the alternative protein industry for the Resnick Center for Food Law and Policy. Ms. Kim received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Riverside, graduating magna cum laude.
