Early in her legal career, Ms. Stepanian gained experience at a boutique civil litigation firm, where she worked on a broad range of civil litigation matters, including employment, entertainment, product liability, tort, and breach of contract disputes. Prior to joining The Sentinel Firm, she practiced at a plaintiff-side employment firm, representing employees in complex wage-and-hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions. She remains committed to advocating for California employees and advancing workplace fairness through effective legal representation.
Ms. Stepanian earned her Bachelor of Science in Business and Business Law from California State University, Northridge, and received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where she served as a Peer Mentor and law clerk with the Community Lawyering Clinic. She is licensed to practice law in the State of California and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
